Profits equals customer lifetime value (CLV).
CLV equals gross revenues less expenses (eCPA, product, shipping, fulfillment, processing costs, chargeback costs, etc…)
Measurement starts when you go live on RevGuard and ends 60 days later.
Chargeback reduction effect may need to be measured through offer maturity, sometimes up to 90 days from date of original post-trial charge to end user customer.
Chargeback rate equals chargeback counts divided by credit card transaction counts.
Offer expires January 1st, 2018.
*chargeback impact may take up to 90 days to get mature chargeback reduction data.
